We price EnrollCast to be affordable and scalable for every school district. We currently serve districts ranging in size from 4,000 to over 40,000 students.

Our tier-based pricing aligns with your district's overall size and complexity. It is highly competitive with other enrollment analytics platforms on the market and consistently delivers significantly more value at a lower cost than traditional, one-off consulting projects.

Every standard EnrollCast license includes:

• Unlimited User Access: No per-seat fees for your district personnel.
• Comprehensive Support: Full onboarding, ongoing training, and dedicated technical support.
• Annual 10-Year Forecasts: Two separate 10-year, school-by-school, grade-by-grade enrollment forecasts generated each year.
• Housing Data Integration: Continuous importation and analysis of new local housing data.

Note on Add-Ons: The only time you will ever see an additional fee is if you specifically request custom consulting services, such as the generation of unique, new work products like boundary redrawing scenarios.

• Enrollment Forecasts: Official 10-year forecasts are generated annually. To ensure maximum accuracy, we analyze data from a consistent, comparable point in time each school year (typically using a fall-to-fall timeline). However, the platform includes self-service tools that allow you to generate new enrollment forecasts on-demand throughout the year by modifying variables as needed.
• Student Data: Student demographic and enrollment data can be updated weekly or monthly, allowing you to visualize and track your most current student populations on the map.
• Housing Data: New housing data is imported twice per year. The first import aligns with your annual projection cycle, and the second occurs approximately six months later to check for and integrate significant community updates.

Implementation for the EnrollCast platform is fast, seamless, and straightforward.

Thanks to our advanced Student Information System (SIS) integrations, we can securely ingest your required school and student data automatically. The only manual asset needed from your team is your current district boundary files. Additionally, our platform automatically sources and imports all relevant local housing data.

Our goal is to have your district fully onboarded and live within seven business days of our initial kickoff meeting.
